Roxanne and Phil Smith took ownership of the River’s Edge on Front from Julie and Paul Whiteman on August 1, 2024. Preserving the concept of blending the present with the past in home and cottage décor complete with a modern and unique women’s and men’s clothing and accessory line. We have gone on to add musical instruments and accessories for the many and varied local artists living in the area, as well as an array of carefully curated hair and beauty products.

Specializing in Décor, our vast selection of clocks, furnishings, wall hangings, accent pieces and giftware provide great ideas for gifts or spoiling yourself. We do our best to keep things fresh by bringing in the latest trends in home and cottage décor providing originality and specialty items. If new is not your thing, we have an upcycle area that has a very wide selection of antiques, collectables, clothing and more, sure to make you smile as you walk down memory lane.

For all of our product lines we strive to use Canadian suppliers and distributors which has been key to our success. These companies understand our goal in having beautiful as well as practical product lines that are the perfect fit for our store and waterfront community. It is also important to us to work with local Artisans, who have been a great addition to the store with their unique custom designs, from custom charcuterie boards to jewelry to original ceramic art pieces.
